Via Roma organise two competitive cycle events, one in the picturesque town of Cricklade and the second in the beautiful roman town of Cirencester where we close the town down for a atmospheric twilight race, with the showcase event being a professional race held in darkness.

Along with the competitive events Via Roma run coaching weekends for those that are about to embark on a cycle challenge and are looking for that useful information and advice. These coaching weekends are hosted at the beautiful 4* hotel the Kings Head which is located in Cirencester.
Via Roma offers corporate days unique to the occasion, including guided rides, nutritional seminars, training and bike maintenance for small or large groups. We are proud to have exclusive use at the magnificent location of Chavenage House in Tetbury.

What Clients Say

At the end of 2013, I was in search of new sporting challenge. Having previously competed in triathlon, I decided to choose biking as my main focus for 2014. Grant started coaching me at the beginning of 2014. He helped me to select my goals for the year ahead, which included road and circuit racing; he helped me to choose the races to enter. He set me a target which was to finish a race in the top 10 by the end of the racing season. By January 2014 my training regime had begun. Grant produced weekly training plans which were tailored to improve my strength, fitness, confidence, riding technique and bike handling skills. His training plans were specifically designed and timed to ensure that I was race fit in readiness for the 2014 racing season.  He taught me about racing techniques and racing tactics. Once the racing season started in Spring 2014, Grant religiously analysed my race feedback and with his vast racing experience and knowledge, helped me to improve my technique and tactics. By the end of the racing season I had exceeded my original target by finishing in the top 6.As the year has progressed I have become fitter, stronger and more confident on my bike. I have thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of the racing scene and my passion for biking has grown even stronger” Diane Moore
